This was never a polity but the name given to a deep cove and goldenwood forest near a Selense Redien where the morvende had built one of their many tree cities as a stop on their eternal migration. After Norsunder attempted to eradicate the morvende the area was abandoned for centuries, but subsequently the area has become a part of the migration again, and there is trade with Bereth Ferian.
