Tevyask probably comes from taaka or to be on fire or noon-blaze. This name comes from the eastern plains, which are so different from the thick, dark forest of the rest of the area. Its background is the same as United Nadeyv Aleya though the farmers of the east have drifted from the tunnel people, as happens when environments are radically different. There is mutual trade, and amity after centuries of pushes in either direction, with no one winning and everyone dependent on food grown on the plains. There are an astonishing number of grapes and sweet berries grown here in the spring and summer.
