Pirate/privateer and captain of the ship Tzasilia, he is "a tallish man, sun-browned from life on the sea, brown-haired, sharp-eyed."^[1] He is a Mearsies Heili native, but he and his family were outlawed by Clair Sherwood's mother when he was a young teen and a troublemaker.^[2] After he helps the MH crew on several instances, Clair welcomes him back to the country and asks him to be MH's navy.
