Argan

An indigenous tree, usually found in mountains, but responds to careful tending in gardens, even inside houses. Its leaves will curl tightly at night, and open at light; they are a pleasant soft silver in color on the outside, and pale green on the underside, though varieties have been carefully cultivated in Colend and in the north where the leaves are silver all over, and even faintly golden. For a an idea of its look, compare it to the ficus of earth, though the leaves are longer.
