Laimun is a rare herb imported off-world (not from Earth). They take careful cultivation because the various blossoms are extremely color-saturated when harvested, and dye with brilliant color. Because of this characteristic, one must be extremely careful when harvesting laimun as the color is steadfast; it will not run when washed. [1]
