This little polity between two great rivers was once a 'no man's land' between Toar and Halveraen, then became a principality when overtaken by one, then a duchy when overrun by the other. Then it was made a buffer, and so on. currently it belongs to Toar.

The people are a mixture of Toaran and Halveraen, The capital is a walled fortress city called Arkhen.
