Personality Traits

She is a light mage student who defies her father to learn light magic. By pretending to be crazy and lame during the Regency, she was able to escape from a betrothal to Senrid Montredaun-An and study magic in secret. (She got away with it because Latvian had been experimenting on his kids with various spells, and unfortunately had managed to enchant his son so that he really was crazy.) She is taught by Erai-Yanya, mage of wards.^[3]

Her self discipline makes her crucially important during the war years.
