The capital is an very pretty town famed for its beautiful carved and mosaic-decorated bridges where three rivers come together at Beth. This is the northernmost polity on Goerael, isolated, wild in woods, with other races and beings crossing back and forth. Artists who work on very long projects--sculptors and the like--tend to migrate here, as it's cheap to live, you can trade living stuff for art, and the company (when there is any) is usually like-minded.
