Tartha is a kingdom only in name, and that name created in reaction to Dantherei once trying to grab more land eastward across the Ylo Cand river than it was entitled to. Tartha was, and is becoming again, a forested part of Dantherei, with rich farmland in its western reaches. Tartha is part of the maulan/ morvende sunsider migration, so certain seasons one can see lights among the trees, and hear the singing of the wanderers. Those who have lived long in Tartha know well that borders do not exist for wandering peoples, and never interfere with them.

Trade has flowed with Alcandemere for centuries.
