King of Elchnudaeb, a small kingdom on the northeast coast of the continent of Toar.
Pestered by the all-consuming greed and ambition of his sister, he encouraged her to invoke an ancient treaty signed by a usurping Mearsiean queen, and claim the western farm country of Mearsies Heili. The idea being to expand Elchnudaeb's farm capabilities at the expense of the Mearsiean queen, who was a drunken sot, but Glotulae couldn't be made to pay any attention to anything but building herself the most enormous pleasure palace ever conceived, and filling it with minions and admirers.
