This small polity keeps its importance mostly due to its ore mining, and the mages who protect it. Its main family is the Elkan family, much intermarried with Goerael Haer. (Dielzh has often winked in and out of existence on maps as a principality a kingdom, and a territory, depending on larger politics. The locals don't really care so long as nothing important changes.)
