Like Saharn, part of the Venn empire for centuries, and then part of the kingdom of Segir until its breakup. This was where the Venn raised their horses for use in the outposts, as its mainly plains. Horse raising is still done here, and its nominal rulers (like those of Saharn and Andren exist by complicated treaties with Fhleria. Most of Fhleria's milititary horses are raised here, then sent south. The nations to the north liked this buffer state between them and Fhleria . . . when they themselves didn't overrun it in an effort to secure more land to the south.
