A totally indefensible polity created by treaty, mostly by Sles Adran, but in accordance with separate treaties with Enaeran. Basically, the Adranis fenced these wide, grassy plains, turning them over to the cultivation of wool inland, and to rice planting in the low-lying, wetter southern portions, in an effort to stem the Enaeraneth from emulating their war-like plains-riding ancestors over the mountains. It went from being a duchy to a principality and back again several times. There is a lovely resort on the lake that has been long popular with the younger and more sporting people.
